With a growing performance marketing team, they are keen to bring on board a specialist search manager to sit across multiple verticals and really hold the keys to all things paid search. With significant spend in search, this role is critical to the performance marketing team and one where you could stamp as your own.

You’ll work closely with the Performance Marketing team and enjoy the support of a team of media executives. You’ll be working across core and emerging verticals for the business with a focus on cost per sale, revenue per sale and cost per lead.

This is definitely a hands on role and with this, we’d expect that you have experience on the tools in the relevant tech stacks. For this business, that is predominately Google, so experience with SA360, GMP and the Google stack would be highly regarded for this role. This role represents a fabulous opportunity for someone with a background in a performance marketing agency to move to a client side role.

  • agency experience: 4 years experience, ideally mostly in the agency environment, managing significant client budgets
  • strong knowledge of SEM: ideally SA360, GMP and the Google stack
  • SEO experience would be highly regarded too
  • strong performance mindet: this is a high performing, fast moving business and suits people who thrive in highly agile teams
  • passion for the customer: you’ll be at the forefront of the latest and greatest in paid search and be confident in your ability to implement new trends
