They combine rigorous qualitative research with strategic consulting, cultural insights, trends & forecasting, data visualisations, UX, analytics, and advanced quantitative analysis.

While this role will see you sitting within the qualitative division, you’ll have exposure to all methodological practices across the business – furthering your skills and ability to think critically.

The role: Qualitative Research Executive  

This opportunity sits within one of their most innovative & strategic teams that partner with businesses from trailblazing start-ups to loved brands within the food, beverage, retail, arts, fashion, and services space, such as Lion, Redrock Deli, Twinnings, and Pepsi. You’ll deliver insights and solutions for ad-hoc strategic questions focused on branding, segmentation innovation, service design, new product development, communications, PR, customer experience, and marketing.

While this role will see you sitting within the qualitative division, you’ll have exposure to all practices and ways of thinking, furthering your skills, methodological toolbox, and ability to problem solve and think critically.

Furthering your methodological toolkit, you’ll expand your skills in – IDIs, focus groups, qualitative workshops, co-creation sessions, ethnography, user experience, online communities, and behavioral observations (to name a few!)

From pitch through to the final presentation, you’ll be hands-on with:

  • Writing proposals
  • Taking client briefs and deeply understanding their business and problems
  • Designing research methodologies
  • Running qualitative fieldwork
  • Generating insights, recommendations, and solutions that add value
  • Project management
  • Delivering reports, presentations, and workshops that provide clarity to clients, solving complex problems, and giving them the ad-ha moment.
  • Furthering your skills through tailored mentioning, training, and working closely with senior leaders within the industry
