Mid-Weight Creative (Art Director)

You’ll get the opportunity to work on every juicy brief that comes through the department. You’ll generate, present and execute ideas, lead projects, direct shoots, and will have full support from our ECD the entire way. Work here and you’ll grow as a creative and as a person. Plus you’ll get to team up with the unbelievably talented, strikingly handsome and intimidatingly cool creative who definitely didn’t write this ad.

You’re an Art Director and you live and breathe creativity in a fast-moving world of Sport and Entertainment. We’re talking a multi-skilled idea generator, thought leader, boundary pusher, tech enthusiast and social media navigator. For you, it’s not just PS and AI – it’s everything in between.

You’ll have flair, creativity and a curiosity to grow with our dynamic business. You’re motivated enough to get work done solo, and collaborative enough to work in a team. You know how to take constructive feedback and apply it to your work without feelings being hurt. As an experienced Creative with expertise in communications, advertising and/or experiential marketing, you’ll report to and work alongside the Executive Creative Director.

To make this work for all of us, you’ll need to generate truckloads of ideas and deliver quality creative product. You’ll need to be comfortable selling your ideas internally, packaging them up for clients, adapting them across a diverse range of channels, executing them and getting them out the door, all with the help of our small but dedicated production team.

The non-negotiables:

·       3-5 years of experience working in an agency

·       Big idea generator

·       Proven experience in campaign development and execution – from concept to delivery

·       A track record across multiple channels; social, digital and traditional

·       Skills on Adobe CC; Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign and video ability a serious bonus.

·       Great communication skills and ability to work under pressure

·       Strong design and typography skills
