Marketing Coordination

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Coordinator that will be part of the global marketing team to help coordinate a global marketing program

We’re looking for a proactive and passionate Marketing Coordinator that will be part of the global marketing team to help coordinate a global marketing program across multi-channels and verticals. You will be responsible for the coordination and partial implementation of the global marketing strategy and plan, as we look at scaling our efforts across new markets and as we reimagine our brand.

The role will have a writing and social media component including some copywriting for the website and marketing collateral such as email, chat and social content. In this role you will:

  • Coordinate and clearly communicate the global marketing calendar and program across channels
  • Drive engagement through social platforms and maintain the social media calendar
  • Maintain and update the global events and awards calendar  
  • Maintain and update influencer databases 
  • Liaise and negotiate with external agencies and businesses and provide quality briefs where necessary 
  • Monitor and maintain competitor information – share this information where necessary
  • Coordinate and monitor the inbound email lead program
  • Create programs in our marketing automation program ready to review
  • Create content in line with the global content marketing strategy and program and branding  
  • Compile segment research / surveys as required

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years commercial experience in a similar marketing role
  • Excellent creative writing skills
  • Key understanding and knowledge of major social platforms and how they can be used to drive engagement
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines to deliver results
  • Comfortable learning new software programs including marketing automation programs
  • Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills 
  • Passionate with a love for learning 

Desirable:

  • SaaS industry experience
  • B2B marketing experience
  • Marketing automation experience
  • Marketing degree
  • Social Media management experience
