Integrated Producer

TABOO is an independent creative agency based in Cremorne. We’re a tight-knit team with a closely guarded culture, so every hire is a big deal. This one is no exception.

TABOO thrives on creating ideas that have never been done before. We have no “house style” – instead, develop the best creative solution to the business problem. This means we are constantly needing to produce and execute ideas that we’ve not experienced before.

So whilst we are always producing content – and need someone experienced in this area – we are looking for an Integrated Producer who loves a challenge.

Your overall responsibilities will be varied, however your core skills should include:

  • Can manage multiple projects independently.
  • Have an eye for detail and design.
  • Have excellent time management and communications skills. Everyone needs to know where everything is up to, all the time.
  • Build strong working relationships with clients and agency people.
  • Are process driven. You will know all agency processes, adhere to them and drive them throughout the agency.
  • Are interested in ideas, events and creative ways to do things.
  • Are personable and able to work effectively with a variety of different people.
  • Are able to juggle competing demands and accept pressure with composure.
  • Are able to think about what needs to happen today, next week and in a month’s time – and in doing so, are always ahead of the game.

In short

  • Love detail and being organized.
  • Are happy to work in a small team where your sleeves are permanently rolled up.
  • Is positive and solution oriented
  • Can manage multiple projects independently and concurrently (we produce a LOT!)
  • Likes working collaboratively with all departments, without ego or agenda

Agency responsibilities and B Corp responsibilities

As an accredited B Corporation, we strive to use our business as a force for good. As such, we require our team to conduct themselves in a way that contributes to the safety, wellbeing and happiness of all TABOO stakeholders, including (but not limited to) the TABOO team, our ecological environment and the communities in which we work and reside. You will also be provided with a number of KPIs to ensure you comply with TABOO’s key environmental, social, environmental and community commitments

Another thing you should know: TABOO is committed to creating a diverse and inclusive team. We like to have people with a range of perspectives, experiences and identities working at all ranks in the agency – because it makes our work better and because we believe no one should face barriers to employment on the basis of background or identity.

In this vein, TABOO is an Equal Opportunity Employer, and encourages people of all races, sexes, gender identities and expressions, sexual orientations and affectional preferences, abilities, ages, religions, nationalities (with preference given to those who identify with one or more of the many language, tribal or nation groups on whose land TABOO and its employees reside) and other personal characteristics protected (and unprotected) by law.
