Market Research is about understanding, analysing, and discovering what people think and feel. This boutique consumer research and innovation agency partners with leading Food and Beverage brands to solve their complex problems and bring them closer to their customers.

The agency: What do they do?

From leading supermarkets to local gin distilleries, they deliver insights and recommendations focused on branding, innovation, package design, product testing, communications, new product development, and future trends. One day they are designing packaging for a vegan chocolate brand and creating branding for a global pizza chain the next!

They use both qualitative and quantitative market research methods, from surveys to focus groups, in addition to new tools and technology such as online communities and shop-a-longs.

The role: Graduate Market Researchers

From day one, you will gain exposure to various clients, a mixture of projects, and qualitative and quantitative research methodologies. You’ll be responsible for;

  • Client account management
  • Project managing
  • Designing quantitative surveys and questionnaires
  • Running qualitative fieldwork – in-depth interview and workshops
  • Interpreting data and drawing out strategic insights
  • Reporting findings
  • Assisting with client presentations

The essentials: What do you need?

  • A degree – ideally in psychology or marketing
  • A natural curiosity about the world and intrigue for human behavior
  • Strong international skills – the ability to communicate.
  • An eye for detail and the ability to solve problems.
