This is an amazing opportunity for an analytical leader to drive site merchandising strategy in order to provide the best possible shopping experience for customers of this award winning eCommerce business
You will be responsible for the analysis of customer journeys, browsing behaviors, purchasing behaviors, conversion funnels, page analytics and site metrics.
What will you need?
- Solid, recent experience of managing online analytical strategy in an eCommerce or retail environment
- Experience managing a team
- Strong analytical background and demonstrated experience in collating and converting data into actionable insights
- Advanced Google Analytics
- A/B testing experience
- Experience with user research methods and tools (user testing, customer interviews and surveys) preferred
- Good understanding of UI and UX design
- Experience with SQL, Tableau and Excel
