Job Description:

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles (FCA) Australia are seeking to engage a Website Specialist to work as part of a cross-functional team alongside multiple business stakeholders and digital website agencies to ensure that the corporate and dealer websites are;

  • a lead generator for new business;
  • drives organic traffic;
  • clearly delivers the brand messages;
  • provides a superior user experience, and;
  • meets the evolving business needs of the organisation.

The website specialist will be an in-house Adobe CMS expert, with hands-on ability to create, edit and publish content on the platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strong knowledge of authoring pages in AEM v6.4 or higher required for
  • Page publication and deactivation
  • Image, text, video editing
  • Asset management within AEM
  • AEM workflow configuration
  • Ability to troubleshoot front-end functionality issues
  • Responsible for the functional testing and accuracy of content updates completed
  • Manage any ongoing website enhancements working with business owners and supporting technology partners
  • Assist with investigation of occasional technical bugs
  • Familiarity with Jira ticketing system
  • Manage content governance model for the corporate & dealer website to ensure content is up to date, relevant and of value to target audiences
  • Counsel business owners how to best meet their objectives within the digital channel and coordinate alignment between content channels (social, PR, internal)
  • Work with Global Stellantis teams and local agencies to Implement an SEO strategy that positively impacts traffic, engagement, lead generation and other established website KPIs
  • Manage analytics to identify important insights, create success metrics, report on performance and find opportunities to improve the user experience
  • Basic familiarity with GA 360 required
  • Familiarity with image editing softwares (i.e. Photoshop) for basic image / video resizing and basic retouching will be considered a bonus

Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree level qualified: Marketing or similar
  • 3 years or more experience in content management – experience with an Adobe Experience Manager Platform preferred
  • Experience with UX/UI and design
  • Familiarity with GA 360
  • Background in Communications, Marketing, Advertising or Public Relations
  • Experience with Adobe Experience Manager 6.2 and above
  • Demonstrated ability to manage and prioritize deliverables
  • Comfortable juggling multiple, concurrent with tight deadlines
  • Excellent judgment and the ability to handle escalated situations
  • Self-motivated individual with excellent interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to build relationships and work independently
  • Ability to think critically and problem solve in a technical environment
  • Proven organizational skills with ability to be flexible and work with ambiguity
  • High level of stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to manage agencies and other third party vendors
  • Team player
  • Flexible to undertake varying work with changing priorities in a dynamic fast paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure and within a challenging environment
  • Skilled at editing and proofreading
