The role

Reporting into the Head of Digital you will responsible for implementation and optimisation for client accounts across Digital channels, owning day to day client service and account management. Digital channels in particular will be across Video and Display including Programmatic. You will think creatively and analytically and be driven by day-to-day execution and optimisations. Working collaboratively across the agency you must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneurial spirit and creative curiosity.


  • 3+ years digital media agency experience in developing and executing large scale campaigns across Social and Programmatic with strong working knowledge of DV360, Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager.
  • Strong knowledge of ad-server capabilities (Google Campaign Manager) is essential.
  • Advanced Excel skills, data visualisation, charting and analysis.
  • Willingness to learn and positive attitude
  • Excellent organisation skills and ability to multitask
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to motivate and inspire with a personable, professional approach.
  • Sharp attention to detail and a drive for perfection – hungry for success.
  • Strong analytical and data analysis skills
  • Must have a passion for the industry and digital marketing innovation.
