 At Seven West Media, our Digital team is growing fast. Enjoy the hustle of a startup and the support of Australia’s leading multi-platform media business, comprising Seven Network, Pacific Magazines and Western Australia Newspapers.

As a member of our digital sales team in Sydney, you’ll work closely with both the integrated sales team locally, in addition to the national digital operations team.

Reporting to a Digital Group Sales Manager, this role will be responsible for growing relationships, reputation and revenue across a portfolio of tier 1 agencies.

Digital video is growing faster than any other advertiser segment and nobody creates more great Australian content than Seven. Position your career in a growing category and help execute our vision for Total Video through Premium Sport, News & Entertainment on Broadcast Video on Demand (BVOD), social and broadcast.

As Digital Account Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Working closely with the Digital Group Sales Manager to create, implement and report on digital solutions for all digital offerings and achieve monthly sales targets
  • Scheduling meetings and in-market presentations with agency contacts, both new and existing.
  • Monitoring and taking proactive action to achieve revenue targets without prompting.
  • Coordinating with relevant stakeholders to understand the features, benefits, value proposition of all Digital opportunities

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • At least two years’ experience in digital sales, preferably within the media industry
  • Good hustle and energy
  • Understanding of best practice around ad sales, delivering and reporting to Clients/Agencies.
  • Proven ability in selling digital video, mobile, social, display as well as branded content and other integrated custom executions.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail and commitment to accuracy on all communication and presentations.
  • Ability to foster strong ongoing and effective working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of industry standard practices
  • Entrepreneurial and problem solving skills
  • An understanding of industry reporting products such as Nielsen NetRatings, Google Analytics, comScore, IAS.

Tertiary qualifications in Business, Marketing, Media or Communications and experience will be highly regarded.
