Digital Account Director

WANTED: A strategic, super star Account Director who is experienced in account management with a focus on social or digital marketing

With 10 proudly independent years of harnessing the power of digital marketing to drive business outcomes, our experience spans the entire lifecycle of digital as we know it today. 

Working with some of the world’s biggest brands such as Unilever, Saputo, ABinBev, Mars Petcare, Cotton On and Spotlight Retail group. 

We’re actively shaping the development of digital marketing as we move into a cookie-free, future through the integration of strategy, creative thinking and proprietary technology. 

Who are you?

We are looking for a Strategic Account Director to join our Leadership Team of smart, analytical, and fun performance marketers.  If you’re someone who’s had at least 5 years’ experience in account management with a focus on social or digital marketing then we’d love to chat.

To be successful:

  • You know your way around a broad range of Media Channels, with expertise in Social and Google. Some experience in CRMs, Web Design, CMS platforms and exposure to analytics tools would also be great.
  • You’re a natural leader who’s great with clients;
  • You can build thought out and well researched strategy presentations led by data analysis.
  • You pay attention to detail while still keeping an eye on the bigger picture.

Your typical day:

There is no average day at TP,  Our work is varied, and so is this role, which makes it fun, always interesting and gives you the chance to learn a lot about a lot of things. Your job will include things like:

  • Developing and presenting world-class social and digital marketing strategies;
  • Working with clients to ensure they are utilising their data and customer information to drive relevant communication touch points with each customer;
  • Managing a team of 6-8 direct reports (AMs, AEs and ACs);
  • Building awesome and enduring relationships with clients;
  • Actively contributing to TP’s team culture and
  • Meeting agreed revenue growth and retention targets.

As part of the TP team you will:

  • Normally work in our warehouse office in Cremorne,  we have all been working from home for the last 6 months but plan to head back in a couple of days a week when we can.
