Fantastic senior CRM leadership role in a data-driven major national retailer. As the CRM Manager you will have responsibility for developing the strategic CRM roadmap for the business, and then oversee the implementation of multi-channel B2B and B2C initiatives nationally.
This is an outstanding opportunity to join one of Australia’s leading brands in a dynamic fast-paced retail environment. As a CRM expert you have at least ten years prior experience developing sophisticated CRM strategies which incorporate the latest technology innovations and best-practice thinking. You should have developed CRM/Direct Marketing campaigns across media including eDM, digital, call-centre, social, mobile and print as well as have knowledge of Marketing Automation platforms. You’ll collaborate with an in-house Insights and Analytics team to use data as a basis for your innovative and effective customer strategies including customer journey mapping, personalisation enhancements and CRM calendar designed to increase conversion rates.
You will oversee a small team in this role and build internal relationships with Analytics, Merchandise, Business Sales and Store Operations departments to ensure alignment of business priorities. You’ll also work with and manage relationships with key external Agency suppliers.
