We’re looking for someone to join our Global Creative Strategy team and help our advertising partners create world-class creative on Pinterest. This role will focus largely on advertisers within our Mid Market business. You’ll have exposure to and opportunity to solve marketing challenges across a variety of verticals, objectives and innovative business models. You’ll help our partners develop their marketing strategies and create a great advertising experience for Pinners. You’ll be a top-notch creative and strategic thinker to help brands achieve business performance and do things never before done.

What you’ll do:

  • Inspire partners by concepting and presenting ideas for what their brand could do on Pinterest and work with them and the Pinterest partnerships team to execute on those ideas
  • Partner with the Mid Market sales teams to uncover industry-level challenges and account-specific opportunities to develop creative-driven solutions
  • Work autonomously with cross functional teams like Sales, Measurement, Marketing and Insights to drive creative effectiveness for individual advertisers and within broad go-to-market programs
  • Build and maintain relationships with key creative agency partners and in-house brand teams
  • Represent the Pinterest creative strategy team in workshops, thought leadership events and webinars

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years of digital marketing experience with agency, platform or brand or transferable skills
  • Candidates with a breadth and diversity of experiences, educational backgrounds, and perspectives
  • Someone who can engage a room of senior-level brand and agency representatives and inspire action
  • Experience building collaborative relationships with multiple internal stakeholders
  • Someone who confidently clears their own roadblocks to drive a project to completion
  • A passion for, and experience influencing, visually-led, business-driving creative work
  • An entrepreneurial mindset that’s equally strong in ideation and execution
