We are a Top 10 Australasia and Top 50 worldwide production and post-production studio based in Sydney. We create captivating visuals for all media channels, working with agencies and brands around the world. We are specialists in finding the smart approach to build visuals for clients. Whether it’s building imagery from scratch in full CGI, managing large scale TVC productions, designing seamless composition of photography and film, or integrating multiple techniques, our team of artists makes it happen.

Who we’re looking for:

We are in an exciting phase of growth and are looking for an ambitious and driven individual, experienced in content creation and digital marketing, to take on our new Content Marketing role. We’re looking for a bright self-starter who can develop content and a marketing activity plan to ensure that we are consistently showcasing and voicing the best of Limehouse across our services, our work, our team, the studio, trade press, awards etc. We need someone who can co-ordinate, build, write and curate content, and manage it across our online platforms.

This role is initially part time (2-3 days per week) with the possibility to move to full time as the company grows.. We are open to starting the role on a freelance or contract basis as well.

The Role + Benefits:

You will be responsible for managing and implementing the content marketing calendar, ensuring we have continuity of messaging and visual identity across all marketing activity and channels. We want you to showcase our work and our brand from website to portfolios to socials to blogs. You’ll need to have an eye for brand design and image curation, along with writing skills to publish content on each of our channels and optimize based on performance and engagement. This role requires an understanding of digital marketing practices and relies on someone to ingrain themselves in the Limehouse brand and creative identity, and proactively manage a timeline of activities.

We have a buzzing studio in Chippendale and have adopted a hybrid way of working with some days in studio and some WFH. You will be surrounded by creative people who love their craft, and have ample opportunity to grow and learn with a fun production + post house.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and author content fit for Limehouse marketing channels (namely our website, social media channels, online creative portfolios like Behance and events)
  • Prepare sales collateral (Portfolios, Treatments, Reels, Presentations)
  • Develop copy and templates for EDM newsletters and blogs
  • Maintain and manage contact info through the company CRM – Hubspot 
  • Build branded artwork for paid advertising, promotional materials and merchandise
  • Manage our social media pages (FB, Insta, LI, Twitter) and co-ordinate any paid activity
  • Maintain our website (via Wix) with updates and showcasing new work and info
  • SEO & Google – basic optimisation efforts 
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics so that each channel can be optimised
  • Manage the awards calendar and our entries and submissions
  • Assist with managing publicity and events

Skills + Experience:

  • A minimum of two years’ experience in a similar marketing role.
  • Design / Adobe Suite experience a must (InDesign and Photoshop). 3D background a bonus. 
  • CRM experience a must (Hubspot desirable)
  • Website experience (we use Wix, but experience on any standard web builder is a bonus)
  • Proficient in managing social and digital platforms
  • Creative flair, with an eye for curating visuals 
  • Attention to detail and proven abilities in creating, developing, sourcing and editing content
  • Organisational skills and proficiency in managing tools. Eg.  we use Google Suite, Microsoft Office, Slack and Monday.com
  • Knowledge of the advertising, production or post-production worlds is a bonus!

$50k – 60k salary paid pro rata, and commensurate with experience.
