Mahlab is a multi-award winning B2B content marketing and creative communications agency with 25-years’ experience working in the APAC region.

We work with some of Australia’s and the world’s biggest brands, including Salesforce, Zoom, Autodesk, Hitachi, Slack, business nbn, VMware, Shootsta and more!

We support our clients in a wide variety of ways, including appropriating research, planning campaigns, mapping customers and evaluating current and future marketing and communications efforts.

We identify trends in the market, monitor competitors, and formulate, review and evolve cohesive content marketing and communications strategies. And we always deliver best-in-class #workthatworks

We are expanding our team and need a top-notch Content Lead to work with our biggest clients.The Content Lead oversees the ideation, creation, distribution, and amplification of highly relevant, valuable content and communications that attract, acquire, and engage our clients’ target audiences and deliver on business goals.

In this role, these five things matter most:

  1. You create great relationships that build business. You know what fabulous client service looks like and how to understand the world from your client’s perspective. Project and campaign management comes easily to you.
  2. You’re a big picture thinker. You know how to take a client’s business objectives and turn them into a strategic plan that gets results. You’re not afraid to suggest new ways of thinking or doing to achieve those objectives.
  3. You’re a quick study. You can pick-up complex client business issues and structures fast, and if you don’t already know about the industry, you’re keen to immerse yourself.
  4. You’re always thinking of ways to add value. How can we help our clients? How can I help them be successful?
  5. You are a thinker and doer. You bring trusted advice and also roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

So, if you have 10+ years experience in a senior role in content marketing, publishing or communications, with excellent communication, writing, facilitation and presentation skills – we want to hear from you.

Our office is located in Sydney, however we will consider applications from candidates willing to work Sydney-hours remotely. We will also consider flexible and part-time hours.
