Business Development Lead – Digital Media

On top of our recent award win of B&T Best Digital Campaign, finalist for AdNews Small Agency of the Year and several impressive new business wins, we want to continue the momentum and connect with even more companies who are looking for growth.
The search is on for a business development specialist to lead and be responsible for the sales and marketing of True’s digital media offering – to be the connector between us and ambitious Tier 2 businesses that want to grow. (Tier 2 defined as businesses that have between 500K and 2m in marketing spend per year)
You will have / be able to:
- 3+ years of digital media experience (essential)
- 3+ years of media or agency sales experience
- Strong interpersonal skills showing high empathy
- A ‘make shit happen’ attitude
- Goal focused and not apprehensive about measurement and tracking of progress
- Resilient commitment to new business development (un-afraid of rejection)
- High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
- Strong in client presentations/able to present digital with passion and simplicity
Base Salary: $80,000 to $100,000 inclusive of super with an opportunity to make significant additional commission by hitting revenue and GP targets.
