We’re looking for an experienced consumer marketer to join our ambitious, high-performing team.

About the opportunity

This is an awesome opportunity to join a successful customer and marketing business and be part of further business growth.

Reporting to the Marketing Director, you’ll lead the development of compelling and engaging brand communications, content and marketing campaigns to drive revenue growth.

This role will see you coordinate the efforts of a small team, ensuring the brand strategy is executed across all channels including website, social media, video, eDM, SEO, SEM, PR and ATL advertising.

You’ll work with external agencies on produce on-brand content and run performance marketing/advertising, reporting back to the business on ROI and ROAS.

You’ll collaborate with various stakeholders including leading product brands and our ecommerce team.

About you

You’re a positive, collaborative and results-driven marketer with broad experience across brand, marketing communications and content.

We’d love you to bring:

  • tertiary qualifications in a relevant marketing, business or related field
  • at least 6-8 years’ experience in consumer marketing
  • experience working in a brand team or agency environment, towards a common brand goal
  • a strength in content strategy and an understanding of how content drives digital marketing
  • demonstrated experience planning, executing and measuring campaigns that grow brand awareness, customer engagement and drive revenue
  • strong digital marketing experience including paid social and email
  • experience leading and coordinating the efforts of a small team
  • experience collaborating with external agencies and suppliers
  • exceptional project management and organisational skills, keen attention to detail
  • a background working with an ecommerce or online retail businesses (beneficial)
