Adelaide State Sales Manager

We’re searching for an Adelaide Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with media agencies, as well as direct with key clients to identify strategic and creative sales opportunities across Foxtel Media. This is a standalone role and a great opportunity to build Foxtel Media’s presence in the Adelaide market.

Our Sales team are key to maximising revenue for our Foxtel Media partners across a wide portfolio of channels, platforms and sites.

We’re searching for an Adelaide Sales Manager to build and manage relationships with media agencies, as well as direct with key clients to identify strategic and creative sales opportunities across Foxtel Media. This is a standalone role and a great opportunity to build Foxtel Media’s presence in the Adelaide market.

Your mission

  • Manage portfolio revenue by identifying gaps and proactively chasing down multiple channel budgets monthly/quarterly/yearly.
  • Building revenue forecasts based on data and market intelligence to provide internal and external stakeholders with accurate view of monthly and quarterly revenue achievement.
  • Exercise exceptional commercial judgment in all aspects of sales by demonstrating a thorough knowledge of the television landscape and utilising sales USP’s accordingly.
  • Proactively pitching new ideas & present Foxtel Media updates, post analysis etc to clients
  • Proactively upsell premium/last minute airtime, Foxtel Media focus channels and other priorities.
  • Secure win/win partnerships and improved trading terms & yield on key clients
  • Work effectively across TV, digital and client partnerships to maximise cross platform revenue opportunities.
  • Act as the go-to person for Adelaide revenue, market conditions and market intelligence.

Your capability

  • 5+ years sales experience in customer facing roles
  • A proven history of excelling in a high-performance sales culture.
  • Able to work autonomously with minimal supervision, self-motivated & driven.
  • Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management.
  • Ability to manage full sales cycles
  • Building rapport and meaningful business relationships comes natural to you
  • Thorough understanding of the Australian Media landscape would be highly desirable
