We’re offering a great opportunity to build your career by assuming more responsibility than you’ve had elsewhere, working directly with the MD to run your own accounts.

Our clients are some of Australia’s most valuable brands across the corporate, government, not-for-profit and consumer sectors, so you’ll need to be flexible and like some variety in your life.

It’s a small and friendly team covering both PR and integrated marketing. People get things done, pitching in when they need to, but also enjoying the freedom to make decisions without someone breathing down their necks.

Confidence is key – you need to be able to provide advice to clients at all levels, from junior marketing coordinators right up to CEOs.

What else? Someone who’s organised but still creative, and a good writer. You should be familiar with developing and delivering campaigns across traditional and digital media channels. Ideally, you’d also have at least three years of agency experience on B2B and B2C campaigns – but you could also come from in-house, or even journalism.

If this sounds like you, but you can’t tick all the boxes, don’t worry – we’re flexible and willing to talk. Just make sure you’re an Australian resident with a degree in Communications or a related field.
