Media Planet is one of Australia’s leading retail media agency representing over 1,600 shopping centres nationally and other key media environments including airports, transit and roadside billboards. Our clients include many of the top 100 advertising brands in the country. We also have 2 office pups, so you must love dogs!
- Assist Account Managers with the day to day management and implementation of campaigns and client relationships.
- Assist with the sourcing of market research and key information on available media assets from our shopping centre and other media partners.
- Preparing presentations, proposals and media schedules and any other documents required to respond to client and agency briefs.
- Book and confirm client campaigns with shopping centres and other media partners and ensure they are managed, monitored closely.
- Address and resolve any issues promptly.
- Daily communication with clients, ad agencies, suppliers, shopping centres and all media partners.
- Working harmoniously and effectively in a team environment.
- Attend meetings internally with the team and externally with clients, shopping centres and media partners as required.
- Generate ideas within your role to improve processes within the company and contribute to the positive working environment.
- Be proactive, productive and enjoy your role!
To be successful for this role you will ideally have:
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Key Note
- High attention to detail
- Collaborative & Team Player
- Takes initiative and is an enthusiastic learner
- Confident and capable with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Planning and organisation skills
- Multi tasker and can stay calm under pressure
- Experience in managing workload autonomously
