A lovely team of creative and digital talent are looking for their next Account Director. Boutique in size, but covering a national footprint of clients across a range of industries, they are looking for an experienced Account Director to work across their client base and ensure seamless project delivery. This agency has a full-service capability but skews towards digital media encompassing social media, SEO, content and CRM so you must be well versed in these channels and able to draw on internal specialist knowledge as required. You will work closely with your team and guide them on project requirements, timings and mitigating any project challenges. You will plan and maintain project schedules, manage budgets and keep all stakeholders informed of progress or emerging issues. Above all you’ll be the face of the agency across clients – ensuring seamless delivery, support and advice across campaigns.
A background of traditional and digital media experience and solid understanding of social media campaign management is required for this role. You may have worked in a large agency environment – looking for a refreshing team environment, or perhaps you’ve enjoyed a mix of networked and independent agency roles throughout your career. This role will be supported by a young and enthusiastic team so an ability to mentor teams, implement process changes and guide strategically is desired.
