Boutique in size but covering a national footprint of clients across a range of industries, they are looking for an experienced Account Director to work across their client base and ensure seamless project delivery. This agency has a full-service capability but skews towards digital media encompassing social media, SEO, content and CRM so you must be well versed in these channels and able to draw on internal specialist knowledge as required.
You will work closely with Account Management and Implementation teams and often work directly with your clients, helping guide on project requirements, timings and mitigating any project challenges. You will plan and maintain project schedules, manage budgets and keep all stakeholders informed of progress or emerging issues. A wonderful communicator and problem solver, you will nurture a young and enthusiastic team and build relationships that ensure successful outcomes. Your technical experience enables you to be quick on your feet finding solutions to client problems your organisational skills enable you to keep your team and project on track. Ideally you will have approximately 8 years’ experience developed over creative agency, digital or media environments be comfortable working at a fast, dynamic pace with multiple projects under your control.
