Jaywing Agency Frank Digital Appoints Glen Jeffreys As Head of Experience Design
Sydney-based digital product and user-experience agency, Frank Digital, has appointed Glen Jeffreys as head of experience design.
Jeffreys will head up the agency’s experience design team across the entire business, working on major clients such as AMP Capital, City of Sydney and Canteen.
Specialising in research, behaviour change and experience design, Jeffreys brings over eighteen years’ experience working across commercial, NGO, government and higher-education sectors.
Frank Digital’s founder and managing director Matt Barbelli said the agency’s brand proposition had shifted to more of a research and strategic design focus since the Jaywing acquisition.
Barbelli said: “Now with enhanced data science capabilities, proprietary data tools like Whisper and Almanac and with access to the UK’s award-winning data analysts we have a very powerful offering.
“The whole company is excited to have Glen onboard in this newly-created role.”
Commenting on his appointment, Jeffreys added: “I’m thrilled to join the incredible team at Frank Digital.
“Their rich history of user-centric design and technical innovation is outstanding and I’m looking forward to contributing to their impressive list of achievements.”
He added: “The market is evolving at an ever-increasing pace, with clients requesting complex, research-driven solutions at lower price points.

Jeffreys joins Frank Digital from Deepend Sydney, where he worked as head of user experience across multiple sectors including finance, education, government, tourism and the arts.
Frank Digital recently retained the City of Sydney “What’s On” account and launched the Parent Community Platform for Cancer charity Canteen.
