International Creative Services has announced the creation of Suits&Sneakers, bringing hot and rising talent under the one roof.
Touted as a global community of some of the world’s best independent creative talent, Suits&Sneakers seeks to challenge the status quo of big agencies.
Founder Anne Miles said: “I’ve really been an activist at finding a way to keep this talent no longer in agencies accessible.
“Many of the big agencies quietly hire these people behind the scenes to help them win the big accounts, so I feel it is time there is a place they can be accessed more authentically and to work as a powerful collective”.
The team includes former group marketing director of WPP AUNZ Greg Graham.
Industry A-Team members are now showcased through the Suits&Sneakers brand, with the intention of offering world class marketing and advertising project work.
By making some of the industry’s independents readily available as a hard hitting collective, brands are now more supported with better access to some of the world’s best talent.
Milnes said she had always had the intention of creating a platform for the industry’s best to be located all under the one roof.
This new creative services business is a current award winner of the Westpac 200 Businesses of tomorrow.
It was also awarded for being a purpose driven business, innovative and sustainable model for the future.
WPP AUNZ former group marketing director Greg Graham said: “Anne’s new collective showcasing diverse outstanding global talent is an excellent idea and should be applauded by the industry.“
The collective is open for project briefs for brand and media strategy, brand development, project based campaigns, campaign execution and production, or as an independent voice to consult on existing brand creative and performance.
