The humble old display ad may not be the coolest kid on advertising’s block, however, it’s still a proven tool for marketers.
And now US company, DialogTech, has unveiled research that shows how display advertising combined with phone call conversions is a successful way of selling more stuff.

“As marketers allocate greater percentages of their budget to display advertising, they face increasing pressure to prove and optimise ROI,” said Blair Symes, DialogTech’s director of content marketing, his comments reported on US industry site Adweek.
“It can be a challenge, especially for businesses where phone calls play an important role in the customer journey,” he said.
