Indie Agency B.B.E Snares Holden’s Social Media Account

Creative agency B.B.E has today announced its new partnership with Holden AUNZ following a highly competitive pitch for Holden’s social media account. B.B.E will join Holden’s existing agency roster including The Monkeys, Special Group, AJF, Carat and Isobar.

B.B.E will manage the planning and execution of social advertising content for the brand (including having just completed the social video assets to support the recent ‘This is How we SUV’ campaign), as well as leading community management.

For Holden, a key aspect of the partnership involves executing tactics that improve market sentiment, something B.B.E has been working on vigorously since taking over the account. This has contributed to a 35 per cent decrease in negative sentiment.

Commenting on the Holden win, B.B.E strategy director, Tim Evans, said:“The opportunity to work with a brand as cherished and iconic as Holden is both exciting and daunting. Every Australian has an opinion on the brand, and it’s our job to channel that energy positively.”

Holden’s general manager of digital marketing and loyalty, Bianca Mundy, added:“We’re pleased to be working with B.B.E. We knew that by choosing them, we’d be getting agility and smarts. Since joining forces, the team has completely overhauled our community management strategy — taking a bold, unapologetic approach. We look forward to maintaining this momentum over the coming months.”
