Imagination Australia has kicked off 2022 with new client wins, an explosion in local and global content work, and a reboot in the live event and experience space.
The global experience design company has invested heavily in talent across its Sydney and Melbourne offices, with appointments at every level of the business, across the breadth of the agency’s core offers – with appointments in creative, strategy, design, technology, live experience production and an influx of talent in the content team.
“We’re thrilled to be back in a major growth phase after a challenging couple of years for the experience industry,” said Imagination director, Heath Companaro.
“We stayed strong throughout the pandemic, with our content team delivering some brilliant work for our long-standing clients and new clients like AWS. We’re in for a very encouraging and exciting 2022, as we welcome onboard this new cohort of talent and as projects significantly ramp up.”
Managing director, Antony Gowthorp added, “Our investment in content, in particular, our expertise in Unreal Engine and high-end motion graphics, has seen us deliver work like no one else in the market, creating a unique blend of content and live experiences.
“Our growth, evolution and diversification will be supercharged by this awesome blend of new talent and skills, enabling us to do what others can’t creatively.”
Imagination’s new hires follow increased client confidence in live experience as the world opens up and the recent new business success with clients AWS, Visit Britain, Bluescope, Macquarie Group and Bunnings.
