Everyone’s favourite Swedish furniture company has made the summer of 2020/21 a whole lot safer by unveiling these super cool (and super cheap) bucket hats.

Made from the same material as IKEA plastic bags and with IKEA’s well-known yellow logo, these limited edition bucket hats are already causing quite the stir on social media.

One user commented on IKEA’s Facebook post unveiling the new bucket hat: “100% worth the trip just to get this!”

Another was upset they didn’t think of it first: “I’ve got a tried and trusted pattern to make a bucket hat, and a few leftover IKEA bags that have seen better days. Why didn’t I think of this?”

One attempted to joke: “Does this come in a flat pack?”

Finish your drip with KNORVA… aka the IKEA bucket hat💧 limited drop, you don't watch to catch the "L" >…

As noted by the product description: “This hat is made of the same hardwearing and durable materials as one of the world’s most used bags.”

The hat also “provides protection from the sun and rain, and is easy to keep clean – just rinse and dry”. Protects you from the sun and rain? And is easy to clean? Where do we sign up?
