Iconic Aussie Consumer Research Firm Fifth Dimension Turns Fifteen

Lyndall Spooner (pictured), founder and managing director of leading strategic research agency Fifth Dimension, is celebrating the company’s 15th birthday this year.

“This birthday is an incredible milestone for Fifth Dimension. Since our humble beginnings in 2006, our extraordinary team has grown and achieved so much in that time. 15 years of year on year growth is testament to our focus on creativity and innovation and our willingness to continually disrupt our business model and push our capabilities,” Spooner said.

Spooner has over 25 years of experience in consulting and advisory services. Fifth Dimension is a highly respected and globally focused industry leading strategic research and consulting agency.

“Since 2006, our four pillars of expertise have continued to evolve new capabilities to embrace uncertainty and drive the development of market leading approaches: these pillars include strategy, experience, research and technology. We are very proud of the amazing work our team has, and continues to create for our clients, especially if it is recognised for its unique approach and implementation,” Spooner added.

“Celebrating 15 years in business is an honour and I am really pleased that our work has been, and continues to be, recognised by our industry.”

Most recently, Fifth Dimension has received a number of awards:

  • Inclusion in the GRIT Top 25 Innovative Companies Globally in the Strategic Consultancy category.
  • Winner of the Confirmit AIR Awards in the AIR Project and Innovation category.
  • Shortlisted as the Best CX Partner, in the Agency category, for the Ashton Media CX Awards.
  • Shortlisted as the Best Research Agency in the B&T Awards.

According to Spooner, Fifth Dimension stood out in a number of these award categories for its ability to help some of the world’s largest consumer and household brands to reinvent the way they understood and managed the customer experience and the metrics required to determine the consumer journey, and measure the performance of the senior leadership teams.

“Without our wonderful base of clients we would not be here today. We are incredibly proud to have amassed a distinguished portfolio of well known clients, including Westpac, Coles, HCF, Telstra, Foxtel, Colgate and the Commonwealth Bank, over the last 15 years,” Spooner continued.
