After a global review, Deliveroo has appointed HYLAND to the role of local creative agency.
Deliveroo head of marketing Jeremy Brook said: “We’re excited to work with HYLAND to take our brand to the next level in Australia.
“We are constantly challenging ourselves to connect with customers in unexpected, creative and meaningful ways – we can’t wait to develop innovative ideas with HYLAND to achieve this.”
Hyland founder Virginia Hyland added: We are super pumped to be working with Jeremy, his team and the global marketing team. Deliveroo is a very impressive brand with deep customer insight and a clear purpose. They are poised to seriously shake up the competition.
“They are very entrepreneurial in their thinking, especially around creating an end to end strategy to engage consumers about the Deliveroo offering. This makes them the perfect client for HYLAND to work in partnership with.”
Hyland launched a test partnership by creating local relevant content, kicking off with Love Island.
Hyland said: “This test illustrated Hyland’s ability to focus on results-driven creative that is smart and relevant to the customer. Hyland has built enormous equity over the years as a most trusted agency partner for our clients. We love working with clients who want to challenge the status quo and think about how to best impact every point of the purchase journey. We’re excited to work with Deliveroo to deliver better local culturally relevant messages that drive results”.
Deliveroo is a leading food delivery platform, partnering with over 13,000 of the country’s best-loved restaurants across 13 cities – including Melbourne, Sydney, Adelaide, Brisbane, Gold Coast, Perth and Canberra.
