Hotwire Makes Raft Of Senior Appointments

Hotwire has announced the appointments of two new Program Directors, Caroline La Rose and Krissie Vitasa, and an Associate Program Executive, Ricki Bui to support the company’s growth.

Adding to its existing portfolio of innovative B2B technology clients, Hotwire has recently been selected by Brennan IT, Nuance, Lenovo Data Centre Group and several other local and global technologies companies to lead their end-to-end communications programs across Australia and New Zealand.

Caroline La Rose and Krissie Vitasa will lead, oversee and grow Hotwire’s Evolving Tech business unit, developing strategic communications and PR campaigns for established and fast-growing B2B tech companies, supporting them through their transformation journeys as they build brand awareness and maintain relevance among increasingly noisy and complex fields. Ricki Bui also joins Hotwire as an associate program executive to support the Evolving Tech team.

La Rose brings a decade of corporate communications and PR experience within the enterprise technology space. Prior to Hotwire, La Rose was a senior media adviser at Kicker Communications where she worked mostly across B2B technology startups. Before that, she spent three years at Espresso Communications, developing and managing PR programs for a range of consumer and enterprise technology brands.

Vitasa has worked in the communications and PR industry for nine years spanning both agency and in-house environments including Aon Australia, Stockhead, Media & Capital Partners and Hill+Knowlton Strategies. She specialises in media relations and corporate communications for tech and financial services brands.

Mylan Vu (feature image), managing director at Hotwire Australia said: “The development of the Evolving Tech business unit was a natural evolution for Hotwire following the growth of the agency within this exciting space. We have a growing demand from well-established technology organisations to cut through the noise among a shrinking media pool and growing demand for personalised content. At Hotwire, we understand these brands need specialised skillsets, which is why we continue to invest in bringing on board and growing our expert team with the goal of consistently delivering best of breed capabilities in this sector.

“Caroline, Krissie and Ricki join Hotwire at an opportune time and their deep knowledge of the technology and communications industries will be invaluable as we hone in on tackling communications and business challenges in highly disrupted industries for our long-standing and new clients.”
