Out-of-Home Revenue Heating Up Heading Into Spring

The Out-of-Home (OOH) industry today reported a net revenue of $62.0 million for the month of August, an increase of 20.0 per cent from the same month last year, which posted a net revenue of $51.6 million.

Year-to-date revenue has increased by 18.2 per cent, tracking at $480.4 million, up from $406.3 million for the same time last year. Digital Out-of-Home revenue makes up 38.5 per cent of total revenue, up from 24.6 per cent for the same period last year.

·       Roadside Billboards (over and under 25 square metres)$23.4 million
·       Roadside Other (street furniture, taxis, bus/tram externals,
small format)
$18.3 million

 

·       Transport (including airports)$11.0 million
·       Retail, Lifestyle and Other^$9.3 million
