Freddy Fittler Drops The C-Bomb Live On Air During The Sunday Footy Show

Footy legend Freddy Fittler has left The Sunday Footy Show panel in stitches following his R-rated slip-up while talking about Queensland Origin player Ben Hunt.

NSW Origin coach Brad Fittler accidentally dropped the C-bomb while discussing Wally Lewis’ Queensland Origin side.

Discussing the lineup, Fittler managed trip over his words as he was trying to say “Hunt can” but amusingly joined the words together.

He said:  “The other one was Josh Maguire,” he said. “Josh Maguire will start at hooker if they’re all fit and Ben Hunt come off the bench. The big concern up there is if Ben [beep] can play 80 minutes. He’s such a good player — I nearly stuffed that name right up.”

Following Fittler’s R-rated gaff, the panel erupted in laughter and an embarrassed Freddy was left saying: “I said Hunt I promise,” Fittler said.

The Sunday Footy Show co-host Erin Molan couldn’t let the slip-up go and continued to crack up as the panel tried to get back on track.

An honest mistake by Fittler, yes, but a hilarious one nonetheless.
