FORWARD has announced the promotion of Caroline Lovejoy (featured image) to the position of general manager.
Lovejoy has been with the agency for three years as group account director, overseeing SunRice and Nestlé.
In her extended capacity, Lovejoy will be leading on new business acquisition, as well as supporting business management alongside founder and managing director, Fergus Kibble.
FORWARD also announces three new hires to the team.
Lizi Oldham as social media strategist, Oldham joins the team from Melbourne where she was working as a freelancer.
Amanda Shaw joins as senior content producer assisting the agency with its growing content production offering, and Siobhan Veddovi-McCaughan joins as account manager from Weber Shandwick, supporting the Nestlé team.

The agency also has new major business wins including Genesis Motors Australia – Pitt St Studio opening with a VIP event and media relations, Metro Trains Sydney events & activations to mark the opening of the new Metro North West line, and Glad (The Clorox Company).
