Finally, It’s A Very Funny Coronavirus Ad, And It’s Taken An Insurance Company To Do It

Admittedly, a global pandemic that’s so far killed 375,000 people doesn’t really offer advertisers and their agencies a rich pool of humour to play in.

But it’s hats off to South African insurance company King Price who has managed to find the funny side of CV-19.

The brand apparently has a history of playing for laughs with its marketing and its latest stars a rather pompous woman in a convertible being stopped at a police roadblock for a safety and temperature check.
