Fiftyfive5 Expands Sydney And Melbourne Offices

Off the back of another year of double-digit growth, Fiftyfive5 has further expanded its team. The Australian business, across Sydney and Melbourne offices, has welcomed 14 new starters over the past six months.

Fiftyfive5 continues to be the fastest-growing independent research consultancy in Australia, and a further upswing in demand for its insight-led consulting offer has driven the need for new talent to support key client relationships and growing demand in several offer areas, including CX, Performance Monitoring and Data Visualization.

“In response to growing client demand, we have extended our CX centre of excellence, which fuses specialist CX skills with the insight-led consulting capabilities for which Fiftyfive5 is well known. The team, focussing on CX visioning, strategy and monitoring, is headed by ex-Potentiate director Andrea Collier and has added three new team members so far this year,” said Darren Kemp, Founding Partner and Head of Capability for Fiftyfive5.

Other appointments include a number of senior account management roles within the Performance Monitoring team, in which revenue continues to grow and the business now has more than 50 programs in place.

“We continue to invest in people and technology to better deliver to the evolving needs of our clients and to ensure the consumer – or customer – is at the heart of strategy, optimising execution and performance monitoring,” said Fiftyfive5 founding partner and CEO, Mark Sundquist.

“With a team of 115 across four offices, we have the scale and capability to deliver to a broader range of our client needs and are focused on continuing to enhance that through on-boarding new people, progressing the current team and an ongoing focus on training and development.”
