Festivalgoer Forced To Look After Screaming (& Pooping) ‘Babybot’ In Clever Ad Stunt

Student Flights, a company which helps find young, wild spirits find affordable travel packages, has shown off its clever new stunt to encourage young people to travel before a bun is in the oven.

The brand created a WiFi-enabled robot that cried, screamed, pissed and pooped, and gave it to South African comedian Loyiso Madinga to look after for the entirety of a weekend music festival to prove that babies and music festivals do not mix, according to AdWeek.

The deal was that if he could make it through his “fatherhood” experiment and share the ups and downs on social media, he’d win a trip to New York.

TBWA\Hunt Lascaris in Johannesburg were the brains behind the challenge, which Madinga originally thought to be simple, but oh how wrong he was.
