The entry deadline for FBI Talent’s LAUNCH programme is fast approaching, with submissions closing in just over two weeks on Friday 29 November.

“The team at DDB Australia have put together great briefs for McDonalds and VW. So it’s a really great opportunity for Student teams and Creative teams under 30 to get their thinking seen and judged by our world-class jurors. Good luck to all those taking part” Michael Kean, CEO of FBI Talent Co. said.

The creative team jury includes:

Matt Chandler, CCO, DDB Sydney; Giles Watson, deputy ECD, DDB Melbourne; Samira Ansari, CCO, Ogilvy New York; Alex Derwin, founder and CCO, Rick Barry Sydney; Emma Robbins, national ECD, M&C Saatchi; Anna Jackson, head of creative excellence, Telstra.

The student team jury includes:

Psembi Kinstan, DDB Melbourne’s newly announced CCO; Jenny Mak, creative partner, DDB Sydney; Chloe Banicevic, creative director, Anomaly New York; Huei Yin Wong, senior creative Howatson+Company Melbourne; Amanda Alegre, senior art director and innovation lead, BMF Sydney; Zoe Perrin, senior art director, Clemenger BBDO Melbourne; Luke Martin, head of creative, CashApp and AfterPay.

As a free-to-enter program, the second chapter of LAUNCH has also announced that the Jury panels will be awarding the best Student Team entry a full-time team role with agency partners DDB Australia to kick-start their careers.

The role is available in either of DDB’s Sydney or Melbourne offices as well as $10,000 in prize money and places in the 2025 LIAisons Virtual Coaching program for the winning Creative Team.

DDB Sydney’s chief creative officer, Matt Chandler said “As we get to the pointy end of LAUNCH, it’s fantastic to see such a brilliant jury to help us find the next generation of creative talent to join DDB. Over the years we’ve had so many brilliant juniors through the agency who’ve gone onto big, brilliant careers, I have no doubt this will be the beginning of a similar journey.”
