Fancy Being Our 30 Under 30 Project Manager Winner? Read On

B&T’s coveted 30 Under 30 awards are back with a whole bunch of new and updated categories, so B&T – the lovely folk that we are – is giving you little insights into each of the categories so you know what you’re best entering in.

Today, we’re giving you the down low on the Project Manager category, from skills and traits to possible jobs entrants might possess.

So far we’ve covered Entrepreneur and Journalist/ProducerThe remainder of the categories include:

If you’re keen on entering the Project Manager category, then our judges are looking for the planners and coordinators who create a consistent pulse to guide every project towards on-time and on-budget delivery.

You’ll be organised, forward-thinking and a jack of all trades, with the ability to see through projects from cradle to grave and a passion to drive them to their full potential.

Roles of a Project Manager include, but are not limited to: project manager, associate project manager, digital project manager, creative project manager, project producer, implementation manager, integrated project manager, program manager, project coordinator, interactive project manager, technical project manager, agile project manager.

Your entry will require you to submit a document of 1200 words or less that covers the following:

  • Outline your career path and any key achievements to date.
  • What makes you a future leader in your chosen field?
  • What represents success to you?
  • What do you think needs to be improved in your industry and why?
  • Describe your attributes in no more than five words.
