Ex-Ensemble Duo Launch Their Own Experiential Agency, Banter

Mitchell Loadsman and Paul Den have today launched a brand new experiential agency, Banter, in partnership with communications agency The Hausmann Group.

The agency specialises in earned experiences, and will operate in the experiential brand space.

The duo come from marketing agency Ensemble, where they were national activations director and strategy and ideas director respectively.

“Great banter is something you have with someone you genuinely understand and like. It can be witty, original, playful, fun,” said Den.

“The word to us stands for a very human and conversational way of behaving. The name was also something we gravitated to in light of our goal to create experiences that people and the media both talk about.”

Loadsman added: “We’re really excited to be part of the Hausmann Group and work with some amazingly talented communications experts that can help make experiential ideas work harder and more effectively.”

CEO of the Hausmann Group, Judi Hausmann said, “With the launch of Banter, we’ve strengthened and diversified our total communications offering even further. Mitch and Paul are two great talents in the industry and we’re excited about what they’ll bring to the agency group and our clients.”
