Pantene has announced a partnership with former Bachelor contestant Anna Heinrich to launch its summer campaign, which focuses on educating Australian women about UV protection and damage repair for all hair types.
Earlier this year, Heinrich (pictured above, right) supported Pantene’s #TrainYourHairStrong campaign, celebrating strong Aussie women and encouraging them to share their version of Pantene’s iconic hair knot on Instagram.
At the summer campaign shoot for Pantene, Heinrich was joined by #TrainYourHairStrong competition winner Melissa Hurwitz (pictured above, left), who was coined ‘Australia’s own Selena Gomez’ by national news media after taking out top spot in the brand’s nationwide search for the star of its next advertising campaign.
On partnering with Pantene for its summer campaign, Heinrich said: “Summer for me is all about being outdoors, being active and taking in the sun and sea.
“I’m always really cautious about protecting my skin from the summer sun, but until now I’ve probably been a bit naïve about how damaging UV rays can be for my hair.
“I don’t want anything to hold me back from diving head first into summer, so it’s really exciting to work with Pantene to educate Australian women on how to protect their hair from summer damage.”
