How to master your mindset and create your dream life

Lack of motivation and drive?

Emotions all over the place? Anxiety ruling your life?

Start working towards goals then self-sabotage?

Maybe you’re unclear about what you want and how to get there?

Feeling self -conscious and afraid of failure?

You are not alone.

As a Master in Neuro-Linguistic-Programming Practitioner, Timeline Therapist and Hypnotherapist, Emily Smith can help understand how to master your mindset and change your life, in this workshop

In order to make your dream life a reality, you first have to master your mindset.

So much of what you can or cannot do is directly correlated with your belief that it’s possible. More often than not, the only obstacle standing in the way of what you want is YOU.

Prioritizing your mindset and unblocking your limiting beliefs is absolutely essential. Our limiting beliefs often come from something deeply ingrained in our subconscious mind. Our subconscious beliefs and habits, the things that we think and do every day are all automatically programmed into us.

Emily is a Master NLP Practitioner and Intuitive Hypnotherapist who works with ambitious women who want to be present in all they do while still getting more sh*t done! She loves speaking about the power of the mind and uses her story and skills to transform lives through her podcast, online programs and her 1:1 and group coaching.

In this workshop, Emily will talk about:

1. what mindset really is and how we can use it for our benefit

2. How we can cultivate a positive mindset and use it to our advantage Cultivate a “growth mindset”

3. Have a positive perspective on your journey
