Time and time, companies are constantly discussing strategy and the way forward.

The Founder of Empiraa heard this conversation on repeat but never seemed to see the conversation go beyond the spreadsheet or off the ground.

Empiraa is a management strategy startup that helps executives “fight fires before they happen.” After hunting for resources to do so, they had that light bulb moment, there has to be a better way.”

With a resume of some of Australia’s most successful businesses, such as Canva, Airwallex, Carpet Court, 1300 TempFence and various others, Empiraa is going from strength to strength.

Empiraa combines strategy, key performance indicators, project management, and tracking tools in one platform to better align larger workforces on strategic goals and avoid common failures in execution, along with endless PowerPoint presentations.

“We believe we can help SMEs globally create, align and execute their business strategy. Empiraa caters for that market, no big long intimating terms.” Said Brown.

With big plans ahead, Empiraa, this is only the start to making companies have and use strategy correctly.

Launching in Australia, Ash Brown, the founder of Empiraa, saw that the market was calling his name with this new service. Of the 2.4 million businesses in Australia, the majority (98 per cent) are small or medium-sized enterprises.

This is exactly where he would come into help. Empiraa helps companies find their fullest potential through strategy.

Empiraa was born on the idea of making strategy engaging, affordable and collaborative, following the company’s vision. You may ask, but how? Empiraa likes to keep it sweet and simple but effective.

Empiraa is designed with a simple user interface, making it user-friendly and engaging.

“I have been searching for a tool like Empiraa for the last ten years. I am so glad that someone has finally made a tool that makes it easy for SMEs to set company goals and, most importantly, achieve them.”

Since jumping on Empiraa, we have felt the productivity and motivation of the team accelerate. I highly recommend Empiraa, and I am excited for the roadmap they have planned,” Justin Huang, partnerships manager at Airwallex.

Empiraa offers the missing piece of the puzzle for the company.  Pushing them in the only way to go; forward. Brown describes Empiraa as a results-driven strategy management system designed to provide leadership with what they need when they need it.”

With various options and levels of Empiraa, they provide services for everyone and everything. Products for professional services, enterprises, franchises, startups and education. Empiraa wants to help those who need help.
