DOUBLESTAR CO Appoints Virginia Brown As New Editorial And Creative Services Director

creative studio DOUBLESTAR.CO announced independent PR consultant Virginia Brown (pictured centre) as the final point of its’ star in the role of Editorial & Creative Services Director.

Specialising in brand, design and strategy for a screen-addicted world, the COVID-born boutique agency brings Brown on board amidst its rapid expansion across industries including household name Airtasker, people management technology provider ReadyTech, and health supplement Raydel, to name a few.

The buzz is that they also found time to engage in a bit of beekeeping, but that’s neither here nor there.

Brown brings a legacy in the retail space, as well as expertise in editorial, public relations and creative communications for the fashion, luxury and consumer lifestyle sectors. 

She has previously held account management roles in several Sydney agencies, as well spending several years running her own freelance consultancy working with brands such as fashion label Silk Wolfe, and hospitality venues Sopra Potts Point and Dulcie’s King Cross.

“Ginnie is a long-time collaborator of the Doublestar collective,” explained Jye Smith (pictured centre left), co-founder and director of the genre-bending studio.
