“Distance Couture!” Top London Agency Unveils Witty T-Shirt Range Designed To Make People “Stay The F@ck Away”

One of the UK’s best creative agencies,  wanting to do its bit for social distancing, has just unveiled a tongue-in-cheek t-shirt range it says is designed “to make people stay TF away from you”.

Creative minds at London’s AMV BBDO teamed with a host of artists to release the witty clothing range it’s dubbed “distance couture” with all proceeds from the sale going to the UK’s NHS. Check out this website if you’re keen on snaring one for yourself.

AMV BBDO’s in-house creatives Vanessa Robinson, Tim Riley, Prabs Wignarajah and Nick Hulley took part, and were led by Lauren Peters and Augustine Cerf who initiated the project, as well as designing for it.

Some of the slogans include, “Let me tell you how amazing my kids are!”, “Super Spreader” and “Let me sell you some Miracle Bleach Cure”.

Commenting on the initiative, the agency said in a statement: “It’s basically personal protective equipment (PPE) for civilians. The T-shirts make social distancing just that little bit easier by keeping close talker at bay and scaring off that bloke who gets up in your space in the fruit and veg aisle. Don’t just stay alert. Stay TF away from each other.”
