Parkes Tourism and Geagle Productions have launched a new video campaign to celebrate the launch of the new visitparkes.com.au website.
The campaign shows the raw beauty of central western NSW, from the Goobang National Park to the plains of wheat and country villages, and its most famous icon ‘The Dish’.
Parkes council acting tourism manager Beth Link said: “The promotional video is a must-see for locals and visitors alike. It portrays a story of discovery. The video aims to awaken the senses of potential visitors, making them want to ‘discover the magic’ of our Shire.”
Editor and director for Geagle Productions Andrew Barnes added: “I wanted a video to make the audience feel, rather than be a tourism infomercial. Parkes has an iconic country beauty and a place that offers much more than what people might think.”
