EPiServer, provider of digital marketing and e-commerce solutions, has been positioned by Gartner in the Visionaries quadrant of the Magic Quadrant for Web Content Management.
As the market continues to move at internet speed, new demands for the ways customers consume, interact, engage and transact with content poses new demands on agility. With this in mind, Gartner’s report focused both on market drivers and on how well CMOs are able to respond to those drivers when considering industry offerings. Agility was a theme throughout, especially when it came to discussing larger, legacy vendors.
“We’re once again proud to be ranked as a Visionary and see it as further validation from our customers that we are empowering them to create truly great experiences,” said Martin Henricson, CEO of EPiServer.
“Our priority is to provide innovative ways for marketers to work with and deliver content. We enable our customers to do this effectively on any channel, by providing the right solution to adapt digital experiences quickly and cost-effectively. This ensures that our customers’ needs are met now, and in the future.”
As the demand for experiences from connected consumers grows, EPiServer has successfully traversed industry challenges by offering intuitive user interfaces and a rich set of functional capabilities beyond traditional web content management. These capabilities are essential for companies that want to deliver great customer experiences. The platform enables customers and partners to present the most relevant content to a specific visitor, ultimately improving the experience and securing brand loyalty.
According to Gartner, Visionaries are defined as forward thinking and technically focused. The EPiServer platform is agile and quick-to-market. With consumer needs continually evolving, the solution allows organisations to scale to the ever-changing needs and wants of their customers. EPiServer’s customer base operates in all regions, enabled by a growing partner ecosystem that scales to meet mid-size and enterprise business needs.
As consumers continue to expect more from their online journey, EPiServer’s platform enables businesses to improve the customer experience and path to purchase through more relevant, cross channel experiences.
