DDB Sydney has promoted Lisa Hauptmann to managing partner – McDonald’s.

Hauptmann, who is currently group business director at DDB Sydney, joined the agency in 2014, bringing with her more than 20 years of industry experience.

Her promotion is a recognition of the contribution she has made to the DDB Sydney business and the long-standing relationship with McDonald’s.

DDB Sydney MD Priya Patel said: “Lisa has done an amazing job in her time with us. She is a natural leader who applies a huge amount of energy and intelligence into everything she does.

“Her optimism and can-do attitude has earned the respect of our people and our clients. She is also incredibly passionate about the work we output and the people in the agency.”

Hauptmann said: “I look forward to this next step and continuing to drive the McDonald’s business into the future. Five years and my passion equals that of day one.

“It’s a brand filled with opportunity and the team are equally inspiring.”
