Customology has announced several leadership changes following a wave of internal promotions to support the ongoing growth and expansion of the business.
Jacqueline Carynny and Lulu Liu have joined Customology’s senior leadership team (SLT), whilst existing SLT member Katie Kriedemann has been promoted.
Katie Kriedemann steps into the newly created role of operations manager, responsible for managing the day-to-day service delivery operations of the agency. Kriedemann joined Customology in 2019 as Head of Planning.

As one of four females on the leadership team, it’s refreshing to work for a brand with such strong transparency when it comes to diversity. I’m honoured to lead a passionate and innovative team of Customologists and excited to see what the future holds,” she said.
Jacqueline Carynny steps into the newly created role of head of client strategy, responsible for leading Customology’s strategy and client services team. Carynny joined Customology six years ago as an account executive and has held several positions across this time, leading major accounts and playing a key role in client strategy.
Lulu Liu has been promoted to head of data science, leading the data science team of 8 to develop robust, insights-led strategies and solutions that are custom-tailored to each clients’ needs. Liu joined Customology two years ago as a senior data analyst working across key accounts and driving the next generation of data science capability.
Customology’s general manager, Michael Barnard said, “we’re thrilled to welcome Lulu and Jacqueline to Customology’s leadership team. Liu and Carynny join existing SLT members Kriedemann, Barnard, Derek Rogers (head of engineering) and Lynsey McGregor (marketing manager), bringing a 66 per cent female senior leadership representation at Customology.
