Southern Cross Austereo (SCA) has announced its head of regulatory affairs and corporate communications, Creina Chapman, has joined the radio network’s leadership group.
Chapman joined SCA in 2015 with extensive media and political experience gained from positions at News Corp, the Nine Network and senior adviser roles in federal election campaigns and for federal ministers including Joe Hockey Senator Richard Alston.
Since joining SCA, she has been an active member of the company’s executive team.
SCA chief executive Grant Blackley said the inclusion of Chapman to the company’s leadership group will not only strengthen the team, but further broaden its skill sets.
“Creina has consistently displayed strong leadership values, and her wealth of experience will naturally complement and deepen the work achieved by the leadership team,” he said.
Commenting on her new role, Chapman said: “I’m thrilled to be given this opportunity to work alongside such a highly-skilled group of executives, and to be able to contribute to the ongoing success of Australia’s most exciting and diverse entertainment company.”
